I recently purchased this blouse for $16.00 online. All I can say is that I love it! The fabric is comfortable...honestly probably better than Forever21's blouses. It has a slight high-low hem which makes it even prettier! I had to wear a white cami underneath because it is sheer. I paired this blouse up with my black leggings and black boots and got many compliments. I was able to find the same exact blouse on ebay for even less!
